Wallet tile disappeared from the application

In Japan, the wallet tile to charge Suica cards has mysteriously disappeared from the android application since last week (potentially from Nov 2nd). The local support mentions that the problem has been escalated to US, but the service has been unvailable for almost one week now without any date to completion communicated. One week is quite long for not being able to use a basic function of the Charge 5, it possible to get some details on what is going on and an estimated date to resolution ?

The problem has finally been solved. Thank you for your care but that would have been much appreciated if the communication around this had been handled properly (notification pushed to the users application for instance)
