So my watch was updated and in the process I have lost access to the display. I have performed the 3x button press to restart the watch and I get to see the logo but then goes to a blank screen. I also get the red light underneath, which I assume means it is in pairing mode. I followed some basic trouble shooting and after removing the watch from my profile, and the Bluetooth setting, I am able to ATLEAST see the watch appear in the Bluetooth scans.
But with no display I am unable to see the code to enter it on my phone! Is there a work around regarding this?
I reached out to customer support regarding this, and all they could say is wait till a new patch comes out! I do not see how the new patch will help if my phone is not connected anymore.
