My Charge 5 updated the firmware (unprompted) over the weekend and hasn't charged properly since and has now gone fully unresponsive. It vibrates when connected to the charger but no other response. How can this be fixed?

Have you tried restarting your Charge 5? If you haven't done so yet, please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 3 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.

I have tried restarting it and nothing, hence why I'm here. Is there any additional support I can receive?
