Charge 5 stopped working again!

I thought I had resolved the problem of my Charge 5 not working by changing the clock face, however it has now stopped working again and all the steps re rebooting and changing clock face haven't worked.  You mentioned in your post to me on Tuesday 2nd April that I already have a ticket open with the Support Team, is there a ticket reference number as I can't see this.
