My fitbit won't charge, sync, or anything. I had this problem last month. It seemed fixed, but not now.

Hi, @Riverkitty , please could we have some more information in order to help? Is your Fitbit screen blank? Can you see anything on it? If so, you can swipe up to see the battery percentage on the Fitbit itself. It may not show the same percentage as the app if it hasn’t recently synced.
If the Fitbit battery is dead, then, of course, it won’t sync!
I think the first issue to solve would be the charging issue, and then you can address the sync problem. Are you certain that you are using a working charging cord and a working charging plug (in a working socket!)? Usually the charger you use for your cell phone is ideal for plugging your Fitbit charging cable into.
Sometimes a Fitbit won’t charge because the contacts need cleaning - ideally you do this with a cotton swab and isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.

Once you have solved the charging issue you can more on to the sync issue. If when you open the app you get a message to “pair” your Fitbit, then definitely do that! You can also force a sync in the app. On the app’s opening screen click on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch). On the next screen click on your Fitbit picture (Charge 5) and then scroll down to find “Sync now”. Click on this and see if that forces a sync.
If the “sync now” button isn’t helping I find the easiest way to force a sync is by logging out of the app and logging back in again (but be sure you know the user email address and password you use for your Fitbit account!).
If neither of those suggestions cause your Fitbit to sync then please carefully work through the suggestions in the help article for troubleshooting a Fitbit that won’t sync .
