Problem - When Syncing Charge 5 with app watch blacks out.
2. Attach charging cable device to watch
3. Refresh the app several times until it recognizes Charge 5 and finally sync's.
results aren't completely correct. Status on watch is 64% charged - App 100 % charged.
5. Use the Sync Now option on the app. Now both watch & app are up to date.
6. Do it again the next day or throw it out.

Hi, @skw56 , sync issues are not unusual and often sort themselves out without any action being necessary, although I appreciate that they can be frustrating! Remember that it is not absolutely necessary to sync daily as your Charge 5 will hold detailed data for at least 5 days, and basic, outline data for up to 30 days.
