Charge 5 stopped working today

My 4 month old  charge 5 stopped working today.  I  followed instructions to reset it by pushing the button on the cord 3 times.  It began  flashing the fitbit symbol continuously.  I tried pushing the buttons again a bit later but no change.  Now it is  completely  unresponsive.  What do I do now?

Hi, I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the restart procedure, @Katrina.Blayloc.

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

However, if you already tried the steps mentioned earlier and the three pulse restart procedure and you continue to experience the same problem with the display not responding, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.

The best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

See you around.

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted them and was told that as I
didn't buy from one of their authorised retailers they wouldn't fo
anything, I had to contact the seller

Mine did the same thing today, mine is 4 months old as well, but pushing the button on the cord 3 times did correct mine. This was helpful thanks.
