Last October my charge 5 was randomly full of water and stopped working. Contacted Fitbit support team and they replaced it. Fine. 5am this morning, now replacement charge 5 has a black screen. Contact support, they take me through troubleshooting. Screen came back on momentarily and went back out before we finished chatting.Now the against has confirmed that the Fitbit does not properly work anymore but says it’s still tracking and I have to wait 24 hours for them to review the case. Why? You’ve already confirmed this so now I’m stuck with this broken device waiting to hear back because they refused to simply put in for my replacement. Y’all already took the fun part of using the Fitbit out with removing challenges, now the products don’t even last a year. What is going on? Do I need to find another source for my tracking. This is absolutely ridiculous.
