My 8-month-old Charge 5 suddenly stopped working. I tried to claim a warranty, but the process is very confusing. Can someone help me with how to get a return authorization?

Hi @movefast you'll need to get with customer support and they will first see what can be done to get it working before getting to the replacement process.
