Charge 5 stopped working

Steps from yesterday are being appended to today's as though it is not a new day. No register of sleep at all. Not synching to app or dashboard. I stopped the app on my phone, signed out of the webpage, restarted my phone and restarted the watch. That took me back to zero data for today and also my battery which was fully charged yesterday afternoon now reports at 17 percent. I generally get 5-6 days on a full charge. 

This is on two Charge 5's, as my girlfriend and I bought these in December '22 and both are acting similarly this morning.
