Charge 5 stopped working

My charge 5 went black. I left it on a charger for hours. Nothing. Finally after 24 hours it turned back on. I charged it, and ever since then it wont track my heart rate or sleep. The lights that used to show up on the sensors arent on anymore either. I tried clearing the cache in my app and I tried resetting the data from the watch. Nothing is working.

Please help.

Same here, in the past 2 days. Wont charge, looks like its charging however it only reaches 99% and then taking it off charger its completely dead.

My Fitbit charge 5 also went black yesterday.  It has been charging over 24 hours now—and nothing.  The charge went from 17% to 0 in less than an hour yesterday afternoon which was also not usual for it.  This is a device I used for 10 months. I’ve tried every suggestion on the forum, cleaning Fitbit and charger, using another outlet; I’m quite sure it’s past its warranty as I wore my Charge 2 most of the last year—it was super dependable even after I somehow cracked the face almost in half, which was the main reason for the Charge 5 purchase.  I will not be purchasing another Fitbit, the complete lack of customer support from this company on its products is beyond frustrating
