Charge 5 stopped working months ago customer service heeps telling me the same things over and over want even charge up keep telling how to reset it waste of time contacting them only reason I came back on to post can see everyone else having problems

Hi, @Herring1234, welcome, "Stopped working" does not give us much information about your problem. Can you please provide more information? How old is your Charge 5? What are the symptoms? what steps have you tried?

Exactly the same as what I experienced. Now my less than 1 year old Charge 5 is in the trash.

bought on the 16/08/22 the fitbit logo just stayed on phoned customer service a few times tried all the reset,s got fed up being fobbed off give up customer service and a chocolate teapot came to mind cheers john
