My Fitbit charge 5 stopped working yesterday, the screen is black, I've tried the button on the charger many times, the watch was nearly fully charged at the time, the watch will not reset and the battery will not charge at all now, the watch is just gone 1 year old, what can I do with it please??

Mine stopped part way thru the day too. Not showing any results since yesterday.
