Charge 5 stopped working

showing a black screen. No life, nothing!

i have tried everything I could 

called the support and did what ever they told me to do. Then they just sent me 35 % off my next purchase.

and this is my response

How come my Fitbit stopped working just after the warranty ends ?
Plus after calling the support. I have noticed for the first time, in weeks ( (even months actually) that my Fitbit switched on for few seconds and showed a red X.
So here is what have answered to the support :

I am not happy with my purchase and even you are offering 35 % off. This should not happen. The watch that I have bought for 180 dollars should be working more than 2 years.
 
I am not going to buy a new Fitbit for your greedy shareholders. »
 
you should replace a Fitbit that stopped working for no reason. Fitbit is a scam

Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit. Yeah my 5 done the same this morning had it 2 years so no warranty i tried the press 3 times in charger button but nothing been with fitbit brand 5 years now but i wont be replacing this now bricked charge 5.

After google took over the brand has just car crashed sad.
