My wife bought me a Charge 5 for last Christmas (purchased via Amazon) and it no longer works - battery has steadily been declining the last few months but on Sunday the heartrate sensor went haywire, it no longer syncs and the next day it stopped counting steps or pretty much doing anything. I have tried following the recommended steps of unpairing etc but I'm not having any luck. Am I able to get a replacement? If so, should it go via Amazon or direct?

Hi, thanks, tried this but no luck. I have spoken to someone on a chat now and I believe they have escalated it.
