My Charge 5 stopped syncing to the app, so I unpaired it, restarted phone & watch. And now it just completely erased all my data from today. WTF. This is getting old.

I try closing and reopening the app when this happens and I sync the watch from devices section of the app most of the time it fixes the issu.
