  • After putting my charge to the charger, it doesn’t receive notification from my phone, before i go to the Fitbit app and sync.

I use sync when I need to see my sleep, and only there.

 

it worked fine with my charge 3.

Hi there, @Trautortomme. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5. 

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Charge 5 by following these steps.

Hello and thank you for the reply.

I have multiple times restarted the device, force quit the app, synced - where it worked, until next charge- which is my main problem.
After a charge it won’t connect back, without me opening the Fitbit app and syncing.
