I swam in a pool for 10 minutes and then a red X appeared and then didn't turn on again. what can I do?

Hi, @Luzhelena, welcome to the community. allowing you have tried to restart your device & change the clock face via your Fitbit app on your phone without making any progress I recommend you talk to "Customer Support". Use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response, before you make your call it's a good idea to make a note of the steps you have taken and the result, Note when & where you bought your device as you may still have the benefit of the warranty
