Charge 5 strap holder broken

During an accident at the gym, the strap of my FitBit was ripped from my arm and broke off with the strap holder

This means I can effectively no longer use the FitBit since no strap can be attached

Is there any repair centre in India where I can get this fixed?

Hi @Aditi_uma  there are no repairs on these devices, other than those we make ourselves. If you can, check out "Protective cover band for Charge 5" on Amazon. It takes the pebble portion of your Fitbit and encompasses it, so you can still wear it. It's not a perfect solution, but it's worked for many people on other devices, especially when they are out of warranty. If you're within warranty, call support. INDIA: call 000 800 050 1057
