@TPananas The Fitbit app for Windows is no longer supported. But you can use the Fitbit Dashboard to access all your data:

Hello,
If the Windows app is no longer supported, do you know how can I synchronize my Fitbit (Alta) if I don't have smartphone?
Thank you

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @MikeBeltran!
Since the end of 2022 the Fitbit app for Windows is no longer supported. Fitbit users now need a compatible phone or tablet to sync their Fitbit devices.
