Charge 5 stuck on 5 dots

Hi there. My fitbit homescreen is only showing 5 dots and nothing else. I tried to sync it again that didn’t help. I tried to delete and reconnect as a new device and that also didn’t help. Its still charging but and is connected in the app but not showing me anything. I can’t restart the device because I cant acces the restart button on my watch.. please help

Since you've mentioned that your Charge 5 is still syncing, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
