Charge 5 stuck on 5 dots

It was working fine. Only just when I tried to see the time I saw 5 dots on the top on screen. 1st one is white dots. 2nd is a black circle, 3rd is green and the 4th & 5th is white. I cannot swipe the screen in any directions.  Help. I just got my watch this year.

Hi there, @Lowhml. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

As a first approach, please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
