Charge 5 stuck on Fitbit logo

For the last two days my device (Charger 5) has just been flashing the Fitbit logo. When I try to reset the watch clicking on the button on the USB nothing happens. I can't swipe up, down left ot right. Obviously there are no buttons. Not sure what to do. The watch isn't even a year old.

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. I've you've not done that already as described, I'd suggest restarting your device by following these instructions:

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the USB plug of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
