So I've been having issues with my Charge 5. It started with being stocked on the fit bit logo. Got that off but now it won't sync to the app. I've restarted my phone, force stop the app, turned the Bluetooth off and on, and I just Uninstaller the app and reinstalled the app. It will not connect. Help

As best as I can tell, your sync issue isn't related to a Fitbit server outage, like what occurred twice last week.
Some of us had sync issues after we updated to the current Charge 5 firmware. If you haven't already done so, you might want to try restarting your device, either from the device's settings menu or by using the charging cable that came with your Charge 5. If restarting doesn't work, I suggest you contact Fitbit support. They will walk you through several troubleshooting procedures. If none of those procedures return your device to normal operation and they confirm that your device is still under warranty, they should send you an offer to replace your tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device.
