Charge 5 stuck on Fitbit logo

My 9 month old Charge 5 is stuck on the logo screen.  Support had me do a number of things without success. An offer of $35 credit against a new $179 model isn’t going to cut it. Anyone else have this issue?

My 18-month-old Charge 5 is suffering the same fate. All the troubleshooting tips provided have not worked, alas. One supposes I should be grateful that it lasted this long. Not impressed.

I was hoping someone would have happened on a fix that might work. Definitely will not be purchasing another Fitbit product. At the same time last year I purchased a similar $25 Amazon watch for my wife and it is going strong. Obvious which is the better value!

I have the same issue with my 18 month old Fitbit. This is the fourth version of a Fitbit charge that I have had and it will be my last!
