I very disappointed with Fitbit now. It happens again after few weeks it works as usual.
Now it turn off by default when night. Can anyone pls fix this bugs?????

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I think is not the issue of restart the Fitbit or just giving the standard process how to sync the Fitbit device.
I think what you guys should be doing is telling what is the issue and problem that the device is facing. It could be just regular update , fixing bugs or anything, I don't know. But at least tell the user what is going on on this device. If anything happens, just put some notification on the device apps or notify the user through different ways.
It is so hard to do it with this all functionality of the device? It's really unfair for us to pay this price and get this quality of device.

Same EXACT thing happened to me.
Watch autoupdated with this new firmware and doesn't work anymore.
Then they offer me a discount on another product of theirs.

yea I pretty fed up with fitbit now. The device issue keep on stop working and how do we trace our fit and health if the device itself cannot working properly. If the FITBIT stop working again I will change to another watch brand.

Maybe you need to be a little more specific in what's been happening before your charge 5 stops working? Then the people working for google and fitbit can actually figure out if it is an issue they need to address with an update or if the tracker is just getting too old. Either way, in my recent experiences with having issues, for the first time since getting my charge 5, the fitbit people suggest restarting and other syncing options before suggesting talking to fitbit tech support.

@PianoGirl91 Issue is the same and occur multiple times. Issue highlights clearly to support team but I never received any email thread or what so ever as a record. To me, I can't take it if I have to go through this more thn I format my phone just to clear and fix some bugs. If you good with this you continue use the product. Also remind that charge 5 just using about 2 yrs. Is not a old product though
