I am onto my 3rd Charge five due to the same issue each time - it suddenly starts vibrating, won't stop, loses battery suddenly and then refuses to restart despite running through all the tech solutions. This time it has happened while overseas, so I've been without one for a few weeks.
Each time they've replaced it, I've ended up having the same issue again. So my dilemma now is, do I try and get a free replacement, or choose a completely different Fitbit?
I particularly want one that tracks swimming as well as all other general activities, tracks the different heart rate zones and when you change from each one, and general health indicators.
Does anyone have the Charge 6 and know if they've resolved the technical issues the Charge 5 had, or does it have the same problems? Or is there a better Fitbit (tracker or watch) for swimming than the Charge stream?
