Touch Screen Stopped Working

I stopped wearing my Fitbit Charge 5 for about a month. The battery drained. So I've just finished charging it to 100%, I reset the device using the 3-press then waiting for 10 seconds. It rebooted with the logo and I paired it to my phone. Sync works fine, firmware is version 194.91. Touch just doesn't work any more. I've unpaired and re-paired. Hard reset a couple times. No luck.

Any other thoughts?

Hi, @oweniverson , I would recommend trying a change of clock face for your Fitbit.  You do this in the app - instructions are here .  With luck this may rectify your issue.

Also is it possible that the “water lock” has got accidentally turned on?  The water lock does not change the water resistance property of the Fitbit, but what it does do is lock the screen so gentle taps and swipes don’t work (that’s to prevent water splashing on the screen inadvertently changing or activating settings).  To turn off the water lock you have to double tap VERY firmly.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
