My charge 5 has suddenly stopped tracking data, I can’t do a reset and have had to do a full factory reset and still having issues, it is a replacement one for a 5 that couldn’t update and is still under warranty but I’m having so much trouble trying to find customer support.
Hi, @Hobnobinit, welcome to the community, you have two options to restart your Charge 5 as demonstrated in this Video . You mentioned a full factory reset, what issues remain?
If you want to reach Customer support go via the Fitbit app on your phone, Touch your icon in the top right of the "Today" screen>help>help Center>swipe up to the bottom>contact us>contact options (select the correct area in the bottom slot.

Hi thank you for your reply. The charge 5 won’t track any of the data, ie steps, calories etc. I have done a full reset and is only 8 months old

Best AnswerI have sent 2 emails the 1st over 4 weeks ago had no reply ao I followed you advise and found support and was on chat yesterday but got disconnected when I was forced to move my account over to Google from Fitbit ?? Very annoying
