I tried numerous fixes for "charge 5 frozen screen" in the blog (reboot) (sync) (change clock face) etc. None have worked. My charge 5 face is still frozen on the fitbit logo. Right now I'm trying the "let the battery run out suggested fix". If that doesn't work, then its bye bye fitbit. This is the 3rd fitbit I've had that has just stopped working.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Thanks for the suggestion, Unfortunately it didn't work. (And I've tried it numerous times).
