FB charge 5 on a iPhone . Is not working, after I had it battery empty it rebooted by charging again. Time was wrong and some data was lost. Now same again, frozen on FB Logo. Sorry FB a lot of problems with your products sucks. Over 5 years using and told a lot of friend the benefits of those FB products. Unfortunately they tell me know all time there Problems with FB too. Can’t help. Where is a support that reflects the high prices? Looking for days and many hours for a fixing.

Hi there, @MasterMetz. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps in the order listed while your Charge 5 is connected to the charging cable:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
