Thank you for contacting.

My Fitbit charge 5 is just one year and few months old. This is my 3rd Fitbit.

All the 2 Fitbit is same way gone !, why this is happening repeatedly.

So far no solution I got for this issue.

The same thing happened to mine and it won't turn on at all. This is terrible. I have the same issue as the comment below they only last for 1 year and theres no accountability. I would like a replacement
