Hi, I can’t reset or sync or anything like that. The logo just appeared in the middle of the day and stays there, completely unresponsive. The app cannot find the watch. Less than a year old 🙄. Any advice appreciated. Thanks !

Same situation as jimbob17.
Have tried the reset. Fitbit buzzed three times then the screen goes full black and two seconds later the logo reappears.
Have unpaired Fitbit from the phone in an attempt to reset the account, but now the Fitbit is not visible via Bluetooth.
Grateful for all suggestions.

And now my screen is dead, the logo has disappeared . Still can’t find it on Bluetooth to sync it. Only sign of life in the watch is the buzz when attached to a charger.

Got through to support via the chat feature. Was asked if I had tried the three buzzing restart, which I had tried, more than once. So they emailed a postage paid label to return the Fitbit to them. They mentioned sending a replacement once it had arrived there, presumably if they can't fix it themselves.
So I have sent it off. We shall see what happens.
