My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

My Charge 5 stopped working after 3 months.    On July 4th I was informed that order was placed for a replacement. Now the watch is on backorder and won't be shipped until August 4th. It came overnight when I ordered it the first time. With what I am reading about this watch, and it's shoddy performance, I find it hard to believe it is out of stock. I have had three fitbits since 2010. The newer the watch the worse the performance.

I am in the same situation, but now the replacement order shows 'on backorder' without mention of August 4th any longer. Did you receive yours?

Without any notification on when the device will be shipped, I'm seriously considering getting something completely different.

Same here. If they just keep us waiting forever, then what’s the different from the thing just broke off without a warranty? Can we file a complaint somewhere?

Yes. 4 days ago.

Hope it lasts longer than 3 months..
