At 13 months, my Charge 5 appears dead. I've looked at all the suggestions and nothing works. I'm wondering what the collective experience of other Fitbit models has been with regards to longevity. This is my 2nd Fitbit from the Charge line that has stopped working. Am I to consider a Fitbit a consumable: at about $12/mo (about the same cost as a cup/week of decorator coffee from the local barista?
I'm 80 years old, not a jock, and do not need the features of a smartwatch. The Charge 5 was perfect for my needs and I'm sorry to see it go....
