I got a new one like a couple days ago because the previous one was just showing static screen and wouldn’t respond to tap or swipe commands. Unfortunately, when I got the new one, it was already having issues like being stuck on a logo and I had to wait till I could get a chance to restart the device since I thought it wasn’t set up properly. Apparently it’s doing the same thing again today. I even looked for videos and forums and articles discussing the problem and some said to connect it with the charger and press the charger button 3 times. I tried that and it still doesn’t work.
