Have tried all troubleshooting recommendations. How do I contact customer service?

Hi, @BobbieRod you can see the various ways of reaching Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com .  Be sure to tell them specifically what troubleshooting steps you have tried.  It is usually not very helpful for them, or here in the Community to say you have tried “all” recommendations.
