Hi there, @Jason__. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is stuck on the EDA Scan screen, thanks for the image attached. I will do my best to help you!

As a first approach, I'd recommend performing a restart on your Charge 5 by following these steps.

Hello @Jason__ 

I've accidentally tapped on the EDA & ECG screens before and discovered that tapping on the display multiple times eventually got my Charge 5 back to the clock face. You might see if this works for you.

If it doesn't work, then you should try restarting your device as @MarreFitbit recommended.
