Hi, my charge 5 seemed to be stuck on the flashing logo issue, I’ve tried rebooting and everything I can find but nothing seems to be working? It’s disconnected from my phone and app as well. It happened the other night but become fine then the Red Cross happened so I fully charged it now it’s gone back to the flashing?
what can I do?

I have exactly the same problem, and it also happened about 2 weeks ago. I've tried everything to bring it back to life but no success. It appears to me to be a software glitch, and it may have happened with the latest update. Is there any way to flash the eprom with a new operating system or is this unit destined for the trash bin? This is my 4th fitbit since 2017.

I don't know of a way to flash the eprom with a new OS.
However, another Charge 5 user with this issue found that they were able to get their device working again after exposing it to freezer temps. Here's the thread (<-- click link) if you're interesting in trying this. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth a try.

happened to me too my charge 5 is bricked and im worried to turn on another one
it wasnt updated or synced for 11 days prior to this issue + i was using samsung phone someone was mentioning this might be issue as well

iPhone user and still doing it, it’s very unstable currently but if I leave it for a few hours it seems to come back to life fine, support has been no help unfortunately.
