After charging the fitbit to 100% it has got stuck on the logo. I have cleaned the connectors and gone through the reset (pressing the button 3 times). I can not switch it off. I have tried switching the Bluetooth off and on. Nothing is working. I find it rather weird that there are so many users with these issues all in a short time. Is it an update that has gone wrong?

Hi there, @Rachel79874. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I have the same issue. My Charge 5 is stuck at the logo. does not send bluetooth signal (Iphone does not find Charge 5 under bluetooth devices and FitBit app is not synching. hard restart (3 times the button at the end of the cable) does restart the bracelet but it gets stuck over and over again at the logo. nothing to do.

My charge 5 has now died completely. There is nothing at all on the screen. It won't charge although it was 100% last night. There is nothing I can do with it 😡

I am very disapointed in this product. This is the 4th Charge5 that I have had fail and just weeks out of warrenty. All the restarts that you suggest and a call to the consumer help line gets me a 35% discount on my next purchase. I believe I will look for another product going forward.

This is exactly what's happened to me. 6 weeks outside warranty so nothing they will do other than offer the 35% on a replacement.
Surly they can see the pattern of peoples posts. Does seem very coincidential that following a 'fireware' update we are all having issues and needing to buy a new product.
Not impressed.

I have the same issue, im so disappointed. I have googled and done all the suggestions. Tried the soft restart. I've tried changing my watch face syncing, nothing stops it from flashing the Fitbit symbol and vibrating. I can afford to spend money on a fitbit that won't work 😮💨. So I no longar have a watch. So u fair.

K, so I FINALLY got it to work again (this took days!!). Only for the battery to no longer hold a charge!!! (Lasts 30 minutes - if that). The battery not lasting happened with my last C5. The one I'm having an issue with is the replacement Goog sent me. So the first lasted about 11 months. The replacement lasted about 9 or 10 months.
Tried all the fixes for days, to no avail. Finally called support. And like way too many other FB users, I've been offered the 50% discount. Yippee!!
I told them the quality, for the amount they cost, simply is not good enough for me to purchase another. It was a nice to have not a need to have. I went almost 60 years without, I think I'll be ok without again.

I'm out! Peace

Hi, I have given up on fitbit and I am looking at other options. They offer a 35% discount but you have to buy off the Google site and the choice is very limited. I have since been offered a replacement, but this will be a refurbished one and I don't want to have another unreliable watch. Also looking at 2 week turn around and I need a watch now.
Bye bye fitbit, it was good while it laste
