Cardio Load Feedback

Dear Fitbit developers

I love my Fitbit (have had different ones over the past 10 years), but my patience regarding Cardio Load is soon gone.
So, here are some use cases for you to work on to satisfy the user‘s needs:

- as a user I want to be able to pause Cardio Load targets on days, where I am sick, have period pain etc so that I don’t get frustrated and feel like a bad person for not training.

- as a user I want reasonable and consistent Cardio Load targets that are in line with my workouts from the previous days so that I can actually feel that I understand what is going on

- as a user I want reasonable and motivating feedback/communication on my Cardio Load targets so that I actually feel appreciated and motivated (I.e. not 3 days of super high targets „you’re undertraining“, then 1 day of „you‘re overtraining“ and then back to „you‘re undertraining - pick it up again!!!“). It feels like being coached by someone, who is extremely moody and unreasonable.

Please fix this soon. This has been annoying for way too long and I am starting to look for other suppliers - even though I don’t want to. 😵💫

Hello @Lilly_KBH

The Fitbit developers don't monitor the product help forums. However, I understand that they do monitor the Product Feedback forum (<-- click) to see what features are being requested for potential future implementation.

Please submit your feature request to the Product Feedback forum. When you submit your feature request, please consider replying to this thread with a link to your feature request so that other users can add their votes & comments.

In case you haven't seen this, Google announced a big change coming to the Fitbit app. This article from 9to5 Google (<-- click) has more details about the changes. What I noticed is that we will finally be able to get our activities modified if we're not feeling well, recovering, or didn't sleep well. The article mentions that there will be a preview rollout in October. I plan to sign up for the preview when it's available.
