My charge 5 has been stuck on a white screen for about 4 days. It still charges and tracks heart-rate like normal. Ive tried the 3 pulse restart procedure, just charging it (it was on about 16% when i first noticed), syncing it to the phone, and changing the watch face but nothing has worked. Theres also no firmware banner and when i manually checked for updates i got nothing. Solutions?
