Charge 5 suddenly shutdown

After updating to the latest firmware version on prompting, my charge 5 shut down suddenly after less than day’s usage. The battery was around 70% and it was just working fine till it didn’t. It is disconnected from my app so I can’t try changing the clock to fix it. I’ve tried the 3 pulse reset several times to no avail. I literally have an unusable Charge 5 within 6 months of ownership and I’m incredibly upset about this. Can someone please give better directives on how to resolve this?

I had the same problem when I did the most recent update.  Never got the screen to come back.  They had to send me a new one.  Call customer service and they’ll have you do a short video showing what’s wrong.  Good luck!
