Charge 5-sync issues

Performed Sync

Charge 5 is showing 94% battery

Phone/app shows 12%.

Performed phone restart

Performed Syncs on phone- still showing 94% on Charge 5- 12% on phone.

 

Anyone have a solution?

Hello @eleesabailey 

 

Something similar happened to me this morning.  My App showed 76% but I'd just charged my Charge 5 back up to 96%.  I was quite surprised to see a discrepancy.  I didn't do anything about it because I was in a hurry to get out of the house.  A couple of hours later I synced my Charge 5 and the battery indicator was back to normal.

 

It might be a glitch and just waiting a little while might be the easiest solution - at least it worked for me.
