Just setting up this and a couple issues..
* I can’t seem to find the eda option?
* I can’t seem to find HRV data, the ‘metrics’ menu doesn’t seem to exist?
* I can’t get the clock faces to update to another option. It is connected, and it starts to load the face, but it never completes loading.
any suggestions?

Go to the Fitbit App, go to today, tap on health trends or add it if its not there already and it should be there.

It's strange that you don't have the Health Metrics tile. It should show on your Today screen in the App on your phone.
Are you in a country that has it? If you click this link, scroll down to the bottom of the page and check that your country is listed.
The EDA should already be on your Charge 5. If you scroll right from the Clock Face on your tracker, it should be there. If it's not, please go to the App on your phone, from the Today screen, tap your profile picture, then Charge 5, then Gallery, then Apps. This should show the Apps you have already. EDA should be there. If it is, maybe try pressing Install if that option is available.
I wonder if everything is up to date? Check the App on your phone for updates, check if your Charge 5 needs an update too. Mine is on 20001.149.11
If everything is as it should be, try restarting your tracker from the Charge 5. From the Clock Face scroll down until you come to Settings, tap then scroll up to Restart Device and follow the instructions. It may also be worth restarting your phone too. Then sync and see what happens.

Thank you! Apparently the phone app was so out of date that it didn’t show updates available for the watch…
After updating both, everything seems to be working now!
