I understand the Charge 5 doesn't automatically sync ( a real shame)
But when I have to do a manual synch ( every day) I get the message sync is taking a long time.
I've always received that message . Is there any fix? I hate waiting 5 minutes to see if it will complete or if I have to try again.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

during trouble shooting I've had to try both of those at different times.
The issue I have is that, this happens very often. With my charge 4, I don't think I ever had an issue.
Not sure why this is an issue far more than its not.
