How do I sync my Charge 5 to Healthy 365 to obtain points?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the option to sync with Healthy 365.

 

I noticed a few ideas about certain integrations in the forums, but I didn't see one posted for Healthy 365 yet. 

 

I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

Let me know if you're receiving a specific error message when you try to open it. I just tried the link on my end and it took me to the Feature Suggestion board. 

 

It's possible that you'll need to clock twice on the link if your dashboard was in a different language as well. You can try gong back to this thread and click on the link for a second time to see if it works.
