Charge 5 synced but data lost

after about 12 hours of the outrage, finally it gets synced but seems the sleep data and some other health metrics data completely lost for 24 hour. I am quiet disappointed with charge 5 even though I only had it for a month.

I’m trying to decide if I return this Charge 5. I don’t want to spend my time troubleshooting this thing.
