Fitbit Charge 5 won’t re-charge

My Fitbit Charge 5 is about 2 months old. This week when  it ran out of battery I tried to charge it up. But it won’t re-charge. I’ve tried different plugs.

I’m a premium user so I’m annoyed at the waste of money. Hoping Fiitbit will read and respond because their 24 hour IM isnt working either

  • That’s really bad. I’ve had mine for one day and think it’s already a mistake. Please update on what happened.
