It is with deep sorrow and regret that I have to finally give up on my Fitbit 😪
I've been a loyal user of Fitbit since 2014 and (used to) swear by it. To me, Fitbit is the best. But now I'm sad because my Charge 5 has completely died, cannot be resuscitated. I first bought the Charge 5 in March 2022 but by December 2022, it began to act up. Nothing could be done to fix it. Luckily, it was still under warranty and it was replaced without too much problem. My replacement Charge 5 arrived in January 2023 and it was good while it lasted. Although it can still sync, the screen has totally died. Blanked out. Nothing can be done other than for me to say, "goodbye, Fitbit! You will always be first love. But now it's time for me to move on..."

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and comments about this, @natalia_s.
I'm sorry to see that your screen is still unresponsive. It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
Thank you again for your feedback regarding the quality; comments from users are always useful to continue improving the quality of products and services.
